FIELD: biotechnology and agroecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and agroecology and is intended for the rehabilitation of soil after accidental spills in areas of oil production, transportation and refining, for the reclamation of solid waste landfills and agricultural land, for the disposal of agricultural waste and industries for the processing of plant raw materials, for the treatment of liquid waste and sewage production waters by sorption, filtration of polluted waters and prevention of migration of heavy metals and petroleum hydrocarbons with simultaneous soil structuring and purification from oil and oil products pollution. A biomodified material is presented for cleaning soils from heavy metals, oil and oil products, consisting of a composition that includes a carrier material and microbial biomass immobilized on it, characterized in that vermiculite or glauconite or a mixture of vermiculite and sawdust is used as the carrier material, and as a biological component, the biomass of the bacterial-fungal complex is used, which includes the biomass of the bacteria Pseudonocardia carboxydivorans AC-2046, as well as the biomass of fungi of the micromycete Penicillium chrysogenum F-1373 or the micromycete Beauveria bassiana RNCIM F-145 or the basidiomycete Panus tigrinus F-8/18, taken at a volume ratio of 3:1, with a concentration of at least 1x107 CFU per 1 g of biomodified material containing components in the following ratio: carrier material - 80-90 wt.%, biomass of the bacterial-fungal complex - 1-5 wt.%, moisture - the rest.
EFFECT: invention provides for the development of a biomodified material based on a composition of components that provide broad functionality or multifunctional properties, namely, a material that has sorption and degradation properties with respect to the most dangerous ecotoxicants and is intended for cleaning contaminated soils and agricultural lands by preventing migration by removing them from water solutions, primarily of heavy metal contamination, combined with a high sorption and retention capacity for both heavy metals and petroleum hydrocarbons, as well as effective biodegradation of oil and petroleum product contamination.
