FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micromechanical gyroscopes (MMG) of vibration-type, in which temperature compensation is used to improve the accuracy. The device comprises a sensing element (SE) with the resonance suspension of the inertial mass, the electrodes located along two orthogonal axes around the inertial mass, the electronic unit comprising successively connected first capacity-to-voltage converter, the automatic gain control unit (AGC), the amplifier, and successively mounted second capacity-to-voltage converter, the demodulator having the first and second inputs and an output, the temperature correction unit, the first input of the unit of temperature correction is connected to the demodulator output, the second input of the unit of temperature correction is connected to the output of the AGC unit.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of MMG through the fact that to compensate the influence of temperature changes on the MMG it is the SE temperature which is substantially measured This measurement is carried out indirectly by determining the quality factor Q, which has the monotonic dependence on the temperature.
