SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment. The method to measure the good quality of a resonant circuit consists in the excitation of oscillations due to positive feedback in the circuit, stabilisation of these oscillations due to the introduction of negative feedback by their amplitude with the help of a circuit of the automatic regulation of amplification with a source of a reference signal. Good quality Q is determined according to the formula Q=KUA/Urs, where UA is a value of the set voltage of the reference signal, and K is a constant value. The device comprises a circuit of positive feedback, made in the form of serially connected an amplifier and a phase shift device, a negative feedback circuit, comprising a source of a reference signal and serially connected a detector, a differential amplifier and a multiplier. The source of the reference signal is connected to the inlet of the differential amplifier, the second inlet of the multiplier is connected to the outlet of the phase shift device, the inlet of the detector is connected to the outlet of the phase shift device. The device also comprises a computing block, realising the function K/Vinl, where Vinl is a value of the inlet signal of the computing block. At the same time the inlet of the computing block is connected to the inlet of the differential amplifier.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements.
