FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: heat source in a heat system has in its design a side of heat source equipment and a side of a load object, includes heat source equipment and a heat source controller, at the same time the heat source equipment includes: a water heat exchanger, which performs heat exchange between water of the heat source and coolant, circulating during cooling cycle; a primary pump, which supplies water into the water heat exchanger; and a device to control heat source equipment, which performs control on the basis of information from the water heat exchanger and the primary pump. The heat source controller is connected with the device to control heat source equipment at the heat source side and the load object side for determination, after connection of the primary pump, whether heat source water is normally supplied by the primary pump, on the basis of temperature difference between heat source water upstream and downstream the water heat exchanger, or pressure difference between heat source water upstream and downstream the water heat exchanger, and therefore control of cooling cycle after confirmation of water supply as a result of water supply determination.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a heat source having a control module made as capable of appropriate determination, whether hot water is supplied or not normally with the help of a primary pump, without a flow meter plant.
