FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: orthopedic device for arthroscopy of a knee joint contains a lock with an inserted by one leg square, which is put on a surgical table shoe to move along its axis. Cross-bar with inserted support is put on the second leg of the square to move along the leg axis. Support consists of two posts and a hip lodgment. Hip lodgment comprises three parts: a middle section rigidly jointed with posts, and two extreme ones, which are connected to the middle part by hinges. Shin lodgment is attached to the upper part of the support by hinges. It has an extender, whereon an arch support with a fasten shoe, handle and pin with a spring, thread and nuts is fitted.
EFFECT: invention provides the availability to joint inner surface required for performing surgical operations, possibility of all surgeon's manipulations without assistant, possibility of operation with distraction and load, ease of manufacture and installation, safety and ease of operation.
