SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for long-term immobilization and traction of fractures of the leg bones in the preoperative period. A device for long-term immobilization and traction in case of a fracture of the bones of the lower leg in the preoperative period contains an interconnected support platform, a unit for creating and controlling traction, a unit for adjusting the angle of traction, and a positioning unit, with a lodgment installed on it for fixing the lower leg and lower third of the thigh, while the positioning unit installed on the support platform is a hinged flat frame in the form of a parallelogram with a fixed lower segment mounted on the bearing longitudinal axis, side segments, a transverse bar and an upper segment carrying a lodgment for fixing the lower leg and a lodgment for the lower third of the thigh connected between each other by loops, on the upper segment of the positioning unit, the unit for creating and controlling traction is fixed, the lodgment for the lower third of the thigh is made with holes, and at the distal end of the lodgment for fixing the lower leg, with the help of a console, a traction angle adjustment unit is installed, and along both longitudinal edges, on it, there are two-level fences, the lower and upper levels of which are made with the possibility of stretching fabric sheets, and in its proximal part, with the help of a swivel joint, a lever for moving the lodgements is installed equipped with mechanisms for activating the braking units that act on the braking units with the help of rods, moreover an emphasis for a healthy leg is installed across the distal edge of the support platform.
