FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: recycling water supply system with the use of cooling tower includes cooling towers connected between themselves by hydraulic circuits of water preparation and consumption. Cooling towers have separate hydraulic circuits of water preparation and consumption, body in the lower part of which there located are, at least, two tanks for water collection that are connected between themselves by expansion pipe providing hydraulic independence of circuits for water preparation and consumption. Note that one tank is connected with pump that supplies water cooled in cooling tower to consumer that is again supplied to second tank through valve by pipeline, from which heated water is directed to manifold with nozzles by means of pump through filter and valve and pipeline. The nozzles are located at the top of cooling tower body. Between filter and valve there is a system of filter hydraulic resistance control that consists of pressure gauge and valve. Note that each nozzle has a casing that is hollow, axisymmetric, the axis of which is perpendicular to manifold pipe hole axis. The casing is performed in a form of a body of revolution formed by curve of second order, for example, spherical, in a form of truncated ellipsoid or paraboloid of revolution. At the side of manifold pipe hole in the nozzle there installed is a levelling element performed in a form of a ring that has central bush that is rigidly connected to radially arranged, at least, three blades connected to nozzle casing. Note that casing has two opposite shoulders arranged perpendicular nozzle axis, with the help of which nozzle is attached to manifold by means of clamps with locks. Note that there is a conical throttling hole at the bottom of nozzle casing that is connected to mixing chamber that is located between throttling hole and levelling element. There are screw-shape grooves at the inner surface of mixing chamber.
EFFECT: increase of cooling tower efficiency.
