FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: recycling water supply system containing cooling towers having separate hydraulic circuits of water treatment and consumption and containing a housing, in the lower part of which there located are at least two water collecting tanks that are connected to each other via a compensating pipe providing hydraulic independence of service water treatment and consumption circuits; at that, one tank is connected to a pump that supplies the water cooled in the cooling tower to a consumer, which is again supplied through a valve via the pipeline to the second tank, from which the heated water is supplied with a pump through a filter and the valve via the pipeline to a header with atomisers arranged in upper part of the cooling tower housing, and a filter fluid resistance monitoring system consisting of a pressure gauge and a valve is installed in the section between the filter and the valve. Atomisers consist of the housing that is made of two parts of the base and the cover plate, which are coaxial to each other and rigidly attached to each other by means of four latches, and an inlet branch pipe creating vortex head pressure in the housing of atomisers is tangentially attached to the base. At that, the cover plate is volume-type as to evolvent profile with a central conical hole, with a cone apex angle equal to 130°, and the base is shaped, and has a central fairing of vortex flow, which is formed with conical surface changing into a sphere at apex directed towards the central conical hole in the cover plate, and the base of the conical surface is smoothly adjacent to toroidal surface of the base.
EFFECT: increasing operating efficiency of cooling tower.
