FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: ultra-high-speed parallel differential analogue-to-digital converter, each of the N sections of which includes a voltage comparator, the first input of which is connected to the first input voltage source through the first reference resistor, and the second input of the comparator is connected to the second input differential-mode voltage source through the second reference resistor. The first input of the comparator is connected to the first reference current source and the first parasitic capacitor; the second input of the comparator is connected to the second reference current source and the second parasitic capacitor, and the first reference current source is made in the form of the first bipolar transistor, the collector of which is an output of the first reference current source; a base is connected to an auxiliary voltage source, and an emitter through the first additional current-stabilising bipole is connected to a power supply bus. Between the first input voltage source and the emitter of the first bipolar transistor there connected is the first additional capacitor.

EFFECT: enlarging a frequency range of ADC processed signals.
