FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio electronics and can be used as a high-speed analog interface for various sensors, as well as drivers for analog-to-digital converters. A high-speed operational amplifier based on a push-pull "kinked" cascode additionally contains the first (19), second (20), third (21) and fourth (22) corrective capacitors. The first (19) correction capacitor is connected by alternating current between the combined emitters of the third (7) and fourth (8) input bipolar transistors and a common power supply bus. The second (20) correction capacitor is connected by alternating current between the combined emitters of the first (3) and second (4) input bipolar field-effect transistors and a common power supply bus. The third (21) correction capacitor is connected by alternating current between the input of the buffer amplifier (14) and the common power supply bus. The fourth (22) correction capacitor is connected between the emitters of the first (11) and second (15) output bipolar transistors.
EFFECT: providing higher levels of output current of the “bent cascode” Iout.max, recharging the corrective capacitor of the operational amplifier (Cc).
