SUBSTANCE: for this purpose, an operational amplifier based on a “bent” cascode is proposed, into the circuit of which the first (17) and second (18) additional transistors are introduced, the emitters of which are combined and connected to the first (9) power supply bus through an additional reference current source (19), the collector of the first (17) additional transistor is connected to the second (13) power supply bus, the base of the first (17) additional transistor is connected to the first (2) input of the input differential stage (1), the base of the second (18) additional transistor is connected to the second (3) input of the input differential stage (1), the collector of the second (18) additional transistor is connected to the input of the additional current mirror (20), matched with the second (13) power supply bus, and the output of the additional current mirror (20) is connected to the emitter of the first (6 ) output transistor, and the first (4) current output of the input differential stage (1) is connected to the first (9) power supply bus.

EFFECT: reducing the influence of the parasitic collector-base capacitance of the input transistors of the op-amp on the phase-frequency characteristic and the phase stability margin of the op-amp.
