FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surveillance and monitoring devices of environment, and economic and industrial facilities. A device consists of remote measuring instruments, a GPS navigator and a general survey camera, which are located in rectangular-shaped container 1, the front and rear walls of which are made in the form of cassettes. Instruments, GPS navigator 22 and screen display 23 of surveillance camera are installed in front cassette 1 and directed to the inner side of the container. Mobile telephone 10 is installed on the rear wall of the container in cassette 3, the lens of which is directed to displays and index dials of the front cassette. The rear external wall of cassette 3 is formed with the mobile telephone display - its face side. A video display unit ready for operation is installed onto a remotely controlled aircraft (RCA) by having connected the mobile telephone of the video display unit to operator's console 28. All measuring, test data and video surveillances obtained during flight are supplied to the operator's console.

EFFECT: possible reduction of weight, complexity of the device and possible transfer of information from several displays and index dials via a mobile telephone.
