FIELD: personal safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of personal safety, namely to receiving, processing, transmitting a signal of danger and/or an alarming event from a person in need of assistance, to authorized persons, as well as identifying the coordinates of a person, laying an optimal route to his location, eliminating danger, a threatening person. To achieve the effect, the personal security system contains a mobile phone, which is a means of identifying a person and identifying his geographic coordinates, capable of transmitting a signal about an alarm event by communication channels to the monitoring agency console included in the system, which is capable of transmitting data via communication channels to groups quick response and authorized persons to travel to the scene of an alarming event. A "user" application is installed in the person's mobile phone to receive targeted assistance in the form of a quick response team call button, which is made on the mobile phone display by a graphical interface solution and with the ability to connect external wearable devices via communication channels by pressing them, initiating a request for current geographic coordinates finding the person and transmitting the call signal, information about the person and the current geographic coordinates of his location to the monitoring agency console, which contains a server on which a "dispatching" module is installed, made with the possibility of automatically fixing the received call signal, decoding it, identifying the person and displaying the geographical coordinates of the person on the display or monitor, as well as with the possibility of subsequent transmission by the operator of the monitoring panel of the current geographical coordinates and information about the person on the mobile Internet device to the rapid response team and authorized persons, on which the "executor" software application is installed, made with the possibility of receiving and displaying information about the person and the current geographical coordinates of his location, indicating the path of movement of the person in real time and laying the optimal route of approach to the location of the person.
EFFECT: reducing the time required to respond to an alarm event and reducing the impact of the human factor.
