SUBSTANCE: intermediate material consists solely of a set of individual tapes. Each tape consists of laying unidirectional reinforcing fibres connected by gluing at each side with a thin non-woven material of thermoplastic fibres. The tapes are located in successive layers, with the possibility of applying the tapes of two successive layers with crossing or without crossing, but without weaving. Connection between one tape and the tape or tapes on which it is applied, is ensured by gluing. In each layer the tapes are substantially parallel to each other, at least on the greater part of its length, being independent and separated from each other. The tapes of at least two layers are located in two different directions.
EFFECT: improvement of physical and mechanical properties of the product.
