FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by means of continuously laying on the laying surface the intermediate material consisting of a layer of unidirectional reinforcing fibers, connected at one of its sides with a layer of thermoplastic and/or thermo-curable material. The layers of thermoplastic and/or thermo-curable material, of which the intermediate material is formed, constitute not more than 10% of the total weight of the intermediate material. Wherein the intermediate material prior to its laying has been subjected to the operation of transverse forces point application so as to affect the entire thickness of the intermediate material, accompanied by heating resulting in the melting of the thermoplastic material or the polymerization of the thermo-curable material at the level of application points of transverse forces and resulting in the penetration of the thermoplastic and/or thermo-curable material inside and creating the connecting bridges by thickness of unidirectional layers of reinforcing fibers, that extend from one major side of the unidirectional fiber layer to the other. The intermediate material is laid in the continuous mode, along the predetermined movement path, with the simultaneous application of pressure and tension thereto to place it on the laying surface. Wherein laying is performed by placing the side of the intermediate material, corresponding during laying to the layer of thermoplastic and/or thermo-curable material on the laying surface and/or by arranging the intermediate material in the course of laying on the laying surface bearing the thermoplastic and/or thermo-curable material, and activating the thermoplastic and/or thermo-curable material which is located at the interface between the intermediate material and the laying surface to provide binding between the laid intermediate material and the laying surface.
EFFECT: elimination of delamination while laying intermediate materials.
