METHOD FOR CONVERSION CIRCUIT OPERATION AND DEVICE FOR REALISATION OF THIS METHOD Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC H02M7/797

Abstract RU 2536162 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of conversion equipment. The suggested method for operation of a conversion circuit containing at least two phase modules (11), at that each phase module (11) comprises the first and second conversion systems (1, 2), for each phase module (11) the conversion systems (1, 2) are interconnected in series, connection point of the conversion systems (1, 2) forms an output (A), each conversion system (1, 2) includes inductance coil (L1, L2) and at least one in-series double-pole switch cabin (3), and each double-pole switch cabin (3) contains two controlled bi-directional power semiconductor switches coupled in-series with controlled one-way current passing and coupled in parallel to the capacitance energy storage device connected to in-series scheme of power semiconductor switches, at that power semiconductor switches of the switch cabins (3) of the first conversion system (1) are controlled by the control signal (S1), while power semiconductor switches of the switch cabins (3) of the second conversion system (2) are controlled by auxiliary control signal (S2). In order to develop design for capacitance energy storage devices which does not depend on the required current at the conversion system output, i.e. on current frequency, for each phase module (11) the control signal (S1) is generated from the voltage signal (VL+) at inductance coils (L1, L2) and commutation function (α1) for power semiconductor switches of the switch cabins (3) of the first conversion system (1), while the auxiliary control signal (S2) is generated from the voltage signal (VL) at inductance coils (L1, L2) and commutation function (α2) for power semiconductor switches of the switch cabins (3) of the second conversion system (2), commutation functions (α1, α2) are generated by the voltage signal (VA) related to voltage (Vu) at the output (A) and selected reference signal (Vref), at that voltage signals (VA) related to voltage (Vu) at the outputs (A) of the conversion systems (1, 2) should be cophased.

EFFECT: reducing impact of output current to voltage fluctuations at capacitance accumulators.
