FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: means for achievement of the technical result. Multiple rectangular germanium plates (10) are bonded to copper plate (20) by means of a conductive adhesive. Copper band (30) is folded so that copper plate (20) is located between two layers of copper band (30), and germanium plates (10) are located between copper plate (20) and copper band (30). Therefore, charge source (40) is formed. Copper band (30) can be attached to copper plate (20) by deformation of copper band (30) at compression of copper band (30) with copper plate (20) or by means of the conductive adhesive. Copper plate (20) is provided with terminal (22) on the side where copper band (30) folded in the form of letter U is opened.

EFFECT: providing charge source capable of improvement of electrically charged state of a transport vehicle, due to which satisfactory functioning of any part of the transport vehicle, such as an engine and electrical equipment is maintained.
