Antistatic device neutralizes and eliminates the positive charges on the specified element and decreases the positive potential of the element by means of self-discharge, for forming the negative air ions in the atmosphere, according to the positive potential of the indicated element, which is electrostatically charged.
EFFECT: static electricity of the electric power supply unit.
