FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a measurement technology and can be used for high-precision determination of concentration of binary mixes of various fluid matters, pumped over the pipelines. The concentration meter has a high-frequency transducer installed in the measurement section of the pipeline with pumped fluid which comprises a section of the long line with the sensitive element made a load resistance on one of its ends, located on the measurement section in some cross-section of the pipeline, and connected to its another end the unit of electromagnetic oscillations and registration of the oscillation performance of the long line section, to the output of which the first input of the evaluation unit is connected, the evaluation unit itself is connected to the indicator. It contains also the installed in the same measurement section in the same cross-section of the pipeline the ultrahigh-frequency ring resonator, connected through the devices of excitation and retrieval of oscillations, respectively, to the UHF generator and the unit of registration of resonant frequency of electromagnetic oscillations of this resonator, the second input of the evaluation unit is connected to this output.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement.
