FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has first sensitive element in the form of waveguide resonator contacting tested mixture and connected via elements of excitation and pick-off of oscillations to SHF generator and unit recording resonance frequency of electromagnetic oscillation of this resonator. Specific feature of device lies in incorporation of length of coaxial line with sensitive element in the form of load resistor on one of its ends formed by outer surface of above-mentioned waveguide resonator and connected to internal conductor of coaxial line whose external conductor is grounded on same end. Device also has unit generating H.F. oscillations and recording resonance frequency of electromagnetic oscillations connected to the other end of length of coaxial line. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of determination of concentration of mixture of various substances under conditions of change of electrophysical parameters of tested liquid. 3 cl, 3 dwg
