FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device for determination of concentration of substances mixture consists of first sensor element contacting controlled mixture.This sensor element is made in form of a section of coaxial line, internal conductor of which is made hollow. It is connected to the first unit of electromagnetic oscillation generation and to recording resonance frequency of electro-magnetic oscillations of this resonator. A computer unit is connected to output of the resonator. Further, the device consists of the second sensor element in form of waveguide resonator corresponding to a cavity on an internal conductor of the section of coaxial line connected to the second generator of electro-magnetic oscillations and to the unit of registration of resonance frequency of electromagnetic oscillations of the resonator through elements of excitation and oscillation pickup correspondingly. The computer unit connected to an indicator is also connected to output of the resonator. Group of one or more and inserted one into the other metal cylinders is arranged between the hollow internal and external conductors of the section of coaxial line coaxial to the line and conductors. The cylinders are alternately shorted and open at one of its ends.
EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of measurement due to facilitation of local measurement.
