FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: concentration meter has pipe-line with pumped-over fluid, first sensitive element in the form of flow cavity resonator put on its measurement section and connected via elements for excitation and reading of oscillations correspondingly to SHF generator and unit registering resonance frequency of electromagnetic oscillations of this resonator to which output computer linked to indicator is connected with first input, high-frequency instrument converter incorporating length of long line with second sensitive element coming in the form of load resistor whose one end is located on measurement section and whose other end is connected to unit generating electromagnetic oscillations and recording oscillatory characteristic of length of long line to which output computer is connected with second input. Resonance frequency of electromagnetic oscillations of length of long line or its input impedance or phase shift of electromagnetic waves incident and reflected from its load is recorded oscillatory characteristic of it. Pin formed by extension of internal conductor of long line is load resistor of length of long line. Pin is coated with dielectric envelope. EFFECT: enhanced measurement precision. 5 cl, 1 dwg
