SUBSTANCE: device comprises an input differential stage with current outputs, which is matched with a first power supply bus, first and second current mirrors which are matched with a second power supply bus, first and second current-stabilising two-terminal elements; first and second current outputs of the input differential stage are connected to the emitter of the first, second, third and fourth additional transistors with an opposite type of conductivity; the base of the first and third additional transistors are integrated and connected to an auxiliary voltage source; the collector of the first additional transistor is connected to the input of the first current mirror; the collector of the third additional transistor is connected to the input of the second current mirror; the first auxiliary output of the device is connected to the integrated bases of the second and fourth additional transistors through a first additional resistor, the second auxiliary output of the device is connected to the integrated bases of the second and fourth additional transistors through a second additional resistor.

EFFECT: higher stability of the operational amplifier on direct current.
