FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: milking-back with simultaneous measurement of intensity of milk output in each milking glass is performed. Depending on intensity of milk output the duration of suction step is varied.. In under-teat space of milking glasses the reduced depth of vacuum is establshed, which is increased step-by-step. The value of time constant of process of increase of milk output for the given part of udder and speed of change of intensity of milk output for the given time interval is calculated. Then every time interval the speed of change of intensity of milk output and at its increase the depth of vacuum under teat is increased. At decrease of intensity of milk output in under-teat space the air of atmospheric pressure is supplied. The time constant of the process of decrease of intensity of milk output is calculated, and under a teat the nominal depth of vacuum is established. Then every other time interval into under-teat space of milking glass the air of atmospheric pressure and vacuum are supplied alternately. All calculated values of time constant at rising and falling sections of transient characteristic of intensity of milk output for each part of udder are recorded into the database of the control device with permanent memory.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of milking.
