FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: pump has a multi-stage design and contains the body 1 with the suction and injection zones. Each stage has a drive gear 2 and two driven gears 3 and is limited by the upper and lower face covers 7, installed with a gap with reference to face surfaces of gears. The upper cover 7 of the previous stage is used as a bottom cap 7 for the next stage. Between the tops of teeth of gears 2 and 3 and lateral surface of the cylindrical bore of the body 1 the gap exceeding the size of abrasive particles is formed. Neighbouring stages are placed with reference to each other with an angular displacement ensuring the mating of the injection zone of the previous stage and the suction zone of the next stage using the cylindrical channel 13 in the cover 7. The channels 13 in the bottom cap 7 of each stage connected with the suction zone of the stage, and in the upper cover 7, connected with the injection zone of this stage, are located at the minimum angular distance from each other, forming minimum volume confined between the teeth of the gears 2, 3 and upper and lower covers 7 with the channels 13 in the covers 7.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of pumping of thick liquid and providing of high reliability at working with fluids containing abrasive particles.
