FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is separated from heat emission zone of emission/conversion system. It comprises multiple aerodynamic concentric, coplanar, out-of-round and circular elements and multiple spoke-like elements arranged in the radial direction. The aerodynamic shape elements are arranged upstream of the inlet and levelled axially relative to the flow channel. Every circular element has an inner fuel channel and multiple fuel injection holes. A circular channel is formed between each two circular channels. Different-diameter fuel injection holes are directed at an angle of 0 to 90 degrees relative to the axial direction. Every hole is coupled with that of the other diameter at an adjacent ring. The spoke-like elements of the aerodynamic shape are arranged in the radial direction and are coplanar with the circular elements and are coupled with the said circular elements. At least one spoke-like element has the inner fuel channel communicated with the inner channels in the circular elements whereto connected is the spoke-like element. The said premixer is arranged on a chamber with a trapped vortex so that the air-fuel mix is fed in the said chamber at an angle tangential to the circulated flow in the said chamber so that the said air-fuel mix is connected with the vortex flow and aligned with the said vortex flow.
EFFECT: homogeneous air-fuel flow, stable combustion.
