SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sanitary fittings and is intended to control the velocity of a thermal fluid medium flow in a heating system. A shutoff and control valve unit (15) includes a closing plug element (14) having a control stock (16) screwed into a guide sleeve (19). The stock (16) is functionally connected to a control head (25). The head (25) and sleeve (19) include the first latching connection device (32-33) for connection and disconnection of the head (25) to and from the sleeve (19) in any position of the head (25) at its rotation. The head (25) and stock (16) include the second connection device to bring the stock (16) into rotation and for axial sliding relative to the head (25). The sleeve (19) and head (25) have friction circular contact surfaces. The above first latching connection device includes a ring-shaped attachment tooth (32) having a rounded shape on the external surface (19') of the sleeve (19) and the circular internal surface (33) of an external cylindrical wall (25') of the head (25), which has an arc-shaped profile for engagement with the ring-shaped attachment tooth (32). The valve unit (15) is used in the valve device and/or a pipeline (10).

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at the simplification of assembly and disassembly of the valve unit in any position of a control element.
