FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly to immunology, endocrinology, oncology, and aims at controlling and treating benign and malignant diseases. The pharmaceutical composition contains mixture of 2 GnRH peptides in the natural and/or modified form. One of the GnRH peptides contains a carrier molecule bound by its carboxyl terminal, while the other GnRH peptide contains the same carrier molecule bound by an amino terminal. The above peptides are found in SEQ ID №4-7. The mixture of the GnRH peptides is used as a therapeutic instrument for controlling, particularly some of hormone-dependent cancer, such as: prostate cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, testicular cancer, submandibular gland cancer, as well as liver cancer.
EFFECT: using the group of inventions provides faster and stronger immunological response to the endogenous GnRH hormone that leads to GnRH elimination.
