FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a veterinary composition for pig immunocastration and use thereof. Disclosed is a veterinary composition for pig immunocastration comprising (a) an effective amount of a mixture in equal molar ratios of peptide immunogens, having an amino acid sequence presented by SEQ ID NOs: 7, 8 and 9, in physiological saline; and (b) an acceptable veterinary drug delivery or adjuvant, selected from a group consisting of water, physiological solution, alum, incomplete Freund's adjuvant (IFA), liposin, saponin, squalene, L121, emulsigen, monophosphoryl lipid A (MPL), QS21, ISA 720, ISA 50, ISA 50V2, emulsion D, ISA 35, ISA 206, oils, lipids, polysorbate 80, emulsifiers, ethanol, polyol and any combinations thereof. Disclosed composition is used in a pig immunocastration method, with a testosterone reduction product in an animal, a method for inducing luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH) antibodies in a pig.
