SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering. The proposed device comprises U-shape retaining means and C-shape supporting means. The said retaining means comprises the first fastening means. The supporting means can direct and retain wires and be clamped at the vehicle structure and comprises the second fastening means. The said first and second fastening means can interact. The first fastening means are arranged at the retaining means to clamp the supporting means at various points of the retaining means. The process of implementation of the said device comprises the steps that follow. The supporting means are secured at the vehicle structure, wires or jackets or pipes being located in the supporting means. The retaining means is moved toward the supporting means for the former to be locked at the supporting means. The proposed vehicle comprises the aforesaid device.
EFFECT: reliable protection and locking of wires is achieved.
