FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tilting device (1) of opening element (2) relative to vehicle body structure (3), limiting access opening to compartment, in particular, to luggage compartment, note here that tilting device comprises articulated joint (4) with movable opening element to displace between closing positions and maximum opening of compartment access opening. According to the invention, the device comprises an opening assistance device (5) which follows at least the first and second force rules (L1, L2) successively applied to the opening element depending on its opening angular position with respect to body structure (3). Objects of invention are also vehicle containing such device, as well as opening method of opening element.
EFFECT: device for tilting of body opening element is proposed.
