SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vehicle bumper (10), vehicle with such bumper and method of manufacture and installation of this bumper. Bumper is made of plastic material and comprises air intake grid (20). Bumper lower edge (11) is located mainly in horizontal plane in position of bumper use and includes part (30), forming air deflector made as single part with bumper (10) and located under air intake grid (20) essentially in horizontal plane in position of bumper (10) use. Forming air deflector part (30) is connected to bumper lower edge (11) by connecting zone (31). Connection zone (31) is zone of material thinning forming hinge so that deflector forming part (30) is movable between extraction from form position and position of use, in which it is located essentially in horizontal plane in position of bumper use. Air deflector forming part (30) comprises at least two mounting means (32) on bumper (11) and/or on air intake grid (20) made with possibility of air deflector forming part (30) retaining in position of use.
EFFECT: ease of manufacture and installation at low cost.
