FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building industry and can be used in radial and radial-axial supports of spindle assemblies of metal working machines and has an increased load characteristic with a range of negative flexibility. A bearing includes a housing, a shaft and a sleeve, the inner surface of which is provided with two annular rows of load-carrying pockets and which is installed in the housing on an elastic cover with cut-outs that form two annular rows of control chambers between the housing and the sleeve. In each chamber between the surfaces of the housing and the movable sleeve there is a throttling slot gap connected via a channel at the inlet to a hydraulic station and at the outlet to the load-carrying pocket, which is located in the other annular row. The control chambers have axial displacement relative to the load-carrying pockets. Connection channels connecting the control chambers to the load-carrying pockets are of a weakly throttling type. Attached surfaces of the housing, the shaft and the sleeve in the radial-axial bearing are of a conical type.
EFFECT: improving the radial and axial loading capacity of the bearing, as well as providing angular self-adjustment of the sleeve and negative flexibility of the bearing in radial and axial directions.
