FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building and can be used in the precision and heavy metal cutting machines, as well as in the high-speed machining and micro-processing machines spindle units. Hydrostatic bearing comprises a base bushing (1) fixedly fixed in the spindle unit housing, a support bushing (2) pressed into a base bushing (1) having an annular cavity (6) on the outer surface, limited on both sides by annular projections forming throttling slotted gaps (7) with the spindle unit body and extending into the sectoral grooves (8) and then emerging into support bushing (2) the bearing pockets (4). Support bushing (2) is made of antifriction material, and its bearing pockets (4), which are made in the form of through rectangular cuts, are arranged in two circular rows and are circumferentially limited by annular and axial throttling bridges of equal length, forming throttling slotted gaps (5) with the spindle (3). Base bushing (1) sectoral grooves (8) are arranged in two circular rows opposite to the bearing pockets (4), and in the angular coordinate have the same length as the bearing pockets (4) and are connected to the bearing pockets (4) by radial channels (9) made in the form of the circumferentially arranged throttling openings.
EFFECT: increasing the rotation accuracy and decreasing the spindle runout amplitude, increasing the hydrostatic bearing stability, as well as increasing its manufacturability and reliability by eliminating the movable and elastic elements.
