The sleeve is releasably connected to the striker. One end of the thrust is movably connected to the sleeve, and the other is intended for connection to the tensioning element located on the launcher. The launcher for munition comprises a base and a removable tensioning element. The base is made with the ability to receive the trigger signal. The base has a slot for the munition placement. The removable tensioning element is located on the base and is intended for connection to the thrust of the munition.

EFFECT: creation of jumping munition is achieved, which enables at the stage of preparation to the application to create with high precision different distances and directions of demolition.
