FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: for cleaning of gas flow, steam injection device is designed consisting of at least two cylinders arranged in alignment one inside the other with radial play, thus forming inner annular channels. Each cylinder consists of two attached to each other cylinder courses, inner and outer, installed with a radial play to each other, thus forming inner annular channels between courses. Cleaned gas flow is transformed from solid into hollow one, which cross-section is designed consisting of several coaxial rings of various diameters by means of its passage through annular channels of the specified device for steam supply. Cavity of cylinder located in close proximity to cooler is connected to the steam source. Cavity of cylinder located inside the cylinder for steam supply is connected to cooler cavity, thus forming a set of alternating cylinders for steam supply and cylinders connected to cooler. On external surface of cylinder courses connected to the steam source there made are holes which connect channels cavity for steam supply to annular inner channels formed by the cylinders through which steam is supplied from annular channel between the courses in annular channels between cylinders.
EFFECT: higher cleaning efficiency.
