FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of disperse particles from gas flow and can be used in gas, oil and petrochemical industries, etc. This process consists in multiple stepwise saturation of dusty airflow with fluid vapour and deposition at every step of condensed particles on at cooler as a condensate and removal of the latter. Gas flow is transformed from solid round into hollow with shaped inner and outer profiles. Cross-section of said flow consists of several beams with common centre located in flow axis. Flow inner profile is equidistant from outer profile by fitting in tubular case of steam injection means consisting of hollow sections with common central channel communicated with steam source. Said sections are arranged as radial beams diverging from one centre. Refrigerator is composed of a jacket coaxial with said case. Refrigerator jacket inner profile is equidistant from profile composed by steam source radial beams to make a shaped profile. Outer surface of hollow sections connected with steam source have holes to communicate channels inside said sections with said shaped gap.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
