FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air treatment and can be used in gas, oil, petrochemical and other industries. The device for gas flow treatment contains a tubular housing with an inlet channel for ingress of dusty gas flow, several inline located condensation sections. Each section is fitted with a steam injection device, a refrigerator and a circular condensate collector and an outlet channel for released of treated gas flow. The steam injection device is formed at least by three hollow sections arranged as radial beams. The refrigerator is designed as a jacket, coaxial with the housing, with forming of a profiled gap between the refrigerator jacket beams and the steam supply device beams. On the external surface of hollow beams connected to steam source the holes are made by means of which the cavity of channels in the named beams is interconnected with the named profiled gap. The method consists in repeated consecutive stage-by-stage saturation of gas flow with the liquid vapour with subsequent settling at each stage of condensation-enlarged particles on a settling element in the form of condensate and withdrawal of this condensate.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of gas flow treatment.
