SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glue composition, which includes at least one adhesive component and at least one additive as rheology modifier, and as rheology modifier used is copolymer, monomers of which include (i) alkyl ether of unsaturated monocarboxylic acid of formula CH₂=CR-COOH, where R represents substituent, selected from the group, consisting of H, monovalent alkyl, aryl or alkylaryl radical, monovalent cycloalkyl radical and alcoxy, haloalkyl or cyanoalkyl group, and (ii) C₅-C₃₅ alkyl alkoxylated acrylate or methacrylate or mixture of two or greater number of them. Invention also relates to multilayered paper or cardboard, obtained by application of glue composition.

EFFECT: additives in accordance with claimed invention possess good compatibility with wide set of adhesives, without the need of considerable preliminary processing, and often without any preliminary processing, which makes it possible to extend application of said adhesives in technical areas, which have not been accessible so far or have been accessible only in a limited way.
