SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing gel-like polymer compositions. Disclosed is a method of producing a gel-like polymer composition, in accordance with which α,β-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid is subjected to radical polymerisation in the presence of at least one polyether and solvent, as well as a gel-like polymer composition obtained using said method.
EFFECT: technical result is that the obtained compositions are suitable for use as detergent in various spheres, including for prevention of repeated contamination.
