FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of laminar complex-structure profile by explosion welding, for example, thin-wall cylindrical and elliptical shells from bimetals. Clad tubular part of refractory material, for example, niobium with centring ring is placed with clearance of 10-40 mm inside clad tubular steel part. On clad side of part, explosive charge with layer depth HBB not exceeding 40 mm. Said explosive represents the mix of explosive component based on penthrite or octogene or hexogen in the form preliminary transformed to finely dispersed powder with particle size not over 10-6-10-8 m in amount of 30-70 wt %, inert powder filler as alkaline metal bicarbonate making the rest.

EFFECT: higher quality of and accuracy of the weld owing to minimized critical detonation layers to about 1,5 mm.
