FIELD: welding jobs.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce heat exchangers, components of electro thermal and chemical equipment, heat controllers etc. A flat stack is assembled from cavity-forming elements representing metal tubes with wall thickness equal to 0.133 to 0.2 of their outer diameter and tube inner space is filled with water filler. The stack with welding gaps is arranged symmetric between intermediate interlayers made from highly-elastic metal with thickness equal to 0.4 to 0.6 of the tube OD and the metal linings. Explosion welding is effected by simultaneously initiating explosion of the charges arranged on the metal lining outer surfaces so that detonation direction runs along the tubes. Welding is carried out at the detonation rated making 1690 to 2280 m/s. Welding gaps and charge thickness are selected so as to produce the rate of collision of metal linings with intermediate interlayers of 330 to 450 m/s and, that between the latter the stack pipes of 240 to 380 m/s.

EFFECT: producing all-welded multi-channel flat products from cavity-forming tubes and plates from, for example steel and aluminium.
