SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for a dishwashing machine (10) wash tank (12) filling with water; the wash tank (12) contains a water-collecting tray (16) that is attached to the aperture in the bottom; the method forms a part of the program cycle of the dishwashing machine operation and involves the sequential stages: (i) opening of the delivery hole (13) for the dishwashing machine water and the wash tank hydrostatic filling; at that time, the dishwashing machine circulation pump remains on; (ii) detection of preliminarily preset lower level of water (22) inside the water-collecting tray (16) and (iii) launch of hydrostatic filling time measurement when the lower level of water (22) is detected.
EFFECT: design improvement.
