SUBSTANCE: plant for the production of petroleum needle coke or petroleum anode coke by delayed coking. The unit includes at least three process lines for supplying various heavy feedstocks, which are derivatives of oil refining processes with different sulfur contents, connected to a measuring and control station that acts as a shut-off and control device, a feed heating furnace through which process lines pass to the secondary raw materials formation column and from the secondary raw materials formation column to the coke chambers connected with the coking gas oil withdrawal line to the distillation column, the secondary raw materials formation column, which is connected from above by the light components withdrawal line to the distillation column, the distillation column having the withdrawal line of various fractionation products and the gas withdrawal line, as well as a line for supplying recirculation to the upper part of the column for the formation of secondary raw materials, into which the outlets of the distillation residue and heavy gas oil from the distillation column are supplied. Moreover, the volume ratio of the raw material supplied through different lines of supply of raw materials, from which the raw materials are formed, the volume ratio of the composition of the recirculate and its ratio with the primary raw material, as well as the temperature and pressure parameters of the column for the formation of secondary raw materials and coke chambers are regulated using control and measuring and shut-off equipment, depending on the task of obtaining the target product - needle or anode coke.
