FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to sandwich products and may be used for manufacturing of flexible heat-sealing coatings for facilities radiating heat energy for the purpose of its utilisation to receive electric energy. The power-generating cover is made of moistureproof and sealing dielectric and comprises a flexible sheet made of flexible heat insulating dielectric covered with film at both sides. In the mass of heat insulating dielectric there are thermoelectric converters represented as paired wire sections made of different metals M1 and M2 with splitted ends soldered between each other and bended at angle of 90°. The paired wire sections form zigzag rows. The bended welded ends of the wire sections are placed at opposite surfaces of the heat insulating dielectric layer in parallel to them and covered by the above film. The outermost wire sections of the outermost zigzag rows of thermoelectric converters are coupled to single-pole collectors of electric charges, which are connected, in their turn, to current terminals.

EFFECT: reduced heat losses from the facility to the environment and electric power generation.
