SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in mobile communication systems. The invention proposes a basic radio station, a mobile terminal and a wireless communication method for transmission and reception of descending reference signals of channel quality measurement with orthogonalisation implemented on a set of transmitting antennas, with orthogonalisation implemented on a set of cells and with measurement of interference with high accuracy; with that, the basic radio station shapes reference signals of channel quality measurement; performs a randomisation operation with regard to reference signals of channel quality measurement so that the above signals are not mutually orthogonal at least in some part of the cells; and it performs orthogonalisation of reference signals of channel quality measurement on a set of transmitting antennas, which are transmitted to a mobile terminal together with control information; and the mobile terminal receives a descending signal containing control information and a reference signal of channel quality measurement; it distinguishes the reference signal of channel quality measurement using the above control information; it measures channel quality using the above reference signal of channel quality measurement.

EFFECT: improvement of transmission channel quality.
