SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a wireless communication network and is intended to implement efficient transmission of feedback control information over a physical uplink control channel, and discloses a mobile terminal which concurrently receives downlink common data channels at multiple carriers CC, determines ACK/NACK/DTX states for the downlink common data channels, cooperatively encodes the determination results (states) of the multiple CC after reducing the number of states allowed for a separate message, and performs signal processing of the encoded data for orthogonalisation among users for transmission.
