SUBSTANCE: agent for preparing therapeutic and hygienic baths contains a cosmetic agent and a buffer citrate with pH=5.5, which comprises 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propane tricarboxylic acid and trisodium salt of 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propane tricarboxylic acid; the composition 1 litre of the said buffer citrate with pH=5.5: 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propane tricarboxylic acid - 5.55 g, trisodium salt of 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propane tricarboxylic acid - 35.7 g.
EFFECT: more effective treatment and prevention of atopic dermatitis by stabilising water pH and improving the adsorption properties of the cosmetic products.
