SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline transport. Long-length pipeline includes outer pipe, a flexible inner pipe and annular space between inner and outer pipes. For introduction of fluid medium into annular space, outer tube has input devices connected to the device of fluid medium supply. Fluid medium is supplied to the annular space in pulse mode.
EFFECT: invention allows elimination of slugs and clogging in places located at a great distance from accessible end of the pipeline during transportation of liquid, semiliquid, pastelike or hard material, for example, oil, by inner pipe.
