SUBSTANCE: magnetic-semiconductor frequency multiplier comprises in each phase of a three-phase network (17, 18, 19) series-connected saturating choke coil (1, 2. 3) and primary winding of a transformer (9), which is connected in parallel to a half-wave control switch (4, 5, 6) and a null switch (13, 14, 15), wherein the secondary winding of the of the transformer (10, 11, 12) is connected to an open triangle which is connected to a single-phase load (16). A control unit (7) is based on a pulse-width modulator, the control signals from which are transmitted to said anti-parallel connected switches. Output voltage is controlled symmetrical to the middle of each half-period of the mains voltage, thereby solving the set task.
EFFECT: high energy characteristics - power factor and efficiency, reduced weight and size, providing independence of the control range from load parameters.
